If you already have a paid version of Zoom connected to your Amphy email, then unfortunately it won't allow Amphy's premium Zoom account to connect with that e-mail.
There are 2 steps that you can take:
1) You can switch your Amphy login email to another email so that we could connect that email to our zoom account.
2) Then if you would like, you can cancel your current paid subscription, and then once the subscription completely ends, you can reconnect the original email to Amphy's Zoom account.
Once you connect to Amphy's account, you can use your zoom account for other private meetings as well outside of the platform.
