Teacher has not accepted my request.

After you have requested a time with a teacher, they are notified to accept the booking if they are available, or decline it if they aren't. In general, teachers will respond to your request within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take a little longer.

In the event that a teacher does not accept your booking by the class time, you will not be charged.

If your class is coming up and you still have not received a response from your teacher feel free to send them another message by using the "Send message" button on the class page. You can also send us a message and let us know so that we can sort it out and make sure you get to take your class.
